Emma He, Ph.D.

Emma facilitates research collaborations between OHSU and a wide range of external partners through outreach, continuous relationship building, as well as dedicated project and alliance management.
Emma received her Ph.D. in pathology from the University of Pittsburgh, where she studied pathogenesis of chronic HIV infection and the application of innovative anticoagulants targeting chronic HIV-associated comorbidities. She joined OHSU as a business development intern, and found her passion in connecting academia with other sectors to accelerate the translation of scientific innovations into market and benefiting humanity.
In her spare time, Emma enjoys spending quality time with her family, traveling and learning about various cultures and food scenes around the world.
