Understanding your Oregon Health Plan (OHP) benefits can be hard. OHSU Health Services wants to make it easier for you. We believe the path to wellness is through knowledge. Having the information you need gives you the power to make good choices about your health.
Your Oregon Health Plan benefits are broken down into three basic categories of care.
A primary care physician (PCP) is a doctor that helps you with your physical medical care. If you need specialty care, a PCP can coordinate that with you.
What are a few examples of physical care benefits?
- Checkups to maintain health
- PCP visits if you feel sick
- Well-child visits (until the age of 21)
- Vision care
