• If your drug has a limit or is not covered, talk to your doctor. Your doctor may prescribe a different drug or ask us to cover the drug for you. You or your provider can ask to have a decision reviewed again to cover your drug by sending in the Oregon Health Authority Request to Review a Health Plan Decision.
