Answer a few online questions and get a care plan emailed to you in under one (1) hour. Immediate Care SmartExam is free for members. We can even send prescriptions to your pharmacy.
Use an Immediate Care SmartExam for:
- Bladder infection/UTI
- Burn or sunburn
- Cold, flu or allergy
- Ear pain
- Eye pain or irritation
- Heartburn
- Rashes
- Sinus pain or pressure
- Sore throat
- Yeast infection
For kids age 1-17:
- Cold, cough, flu, COVID-19
- Acne
- Red eye
- Head lice
- Rash
OHSU Health Services' Immediate Care SmartExam is for members of all ages. Members must be in Oregon to receive care. There is no cost to you if you are an OHSU Health Services member.

- Log in to your OHSU MyChart account. Need an OHSU MyChart account? MyChart is OHSU’s secure patient portal. Sign up here.
- Go to “Medical record” and select “Immediate Care SmartExam."
- Fill out a questionnaire that takes about 15 minutes.
- This service is free for OHSU Health Services members. Enter the coupon code SMART21.
- In less than one (1) hour, a provider will send you a care plan. If needed, the provider can send a prescription to your pharmacy.
- Create a MyChart account. MyChart is OHSU’s secure patient portal. Sign up here.
- Go to “Medical record” and select “Immediate Care SmartExam."
- Fill out a questionnaire that takes about 15 minutes.
