The OHSU Center for Health Systems effectiveness is accepting applications for a newly created director of operations role.

The Director of Operations will lead all non-research functions at CHSE, including general administration, personnel management, and financial management and forecasting. They’ll coordinate decision-making among internal team leaders to find solutions that meet our strategic needs and have widespread support. They’ll partner with CHSE directors, project portfolio leads, functional area managers and internal committees to support an infrastructure for top-class research and a culture of diversity, inclusion and support for all members of the team.
