OHSU Center for Health Systems Effectiveness welcomes HR Coordinator Toby Futch

Futch joins CHSE to coordinate the Center's critical human resources and administrative functions.

Growth at CHSE continues with the addition of new HR Coordinator Toby Futch who was selected to oversee all personnel management processes for the center, including tthe recruitment, hiring and onboarding of new staff, as well as fostering an internal culture conducive to the support and retention of existing staff.

Futch joins the CHSE team after a successful tenure in secondary education, most recently as an associate principal for Oregon City High School. Prior to that he taught mathematics and served as an athletic coach for several school districts in Oregon, and earned his M.Ed. in secondary education at the University of Oregon. 

Futch brings his skills in employee performance evaluation, training, development and his passion for lifelong learning to the Center.
