Insurance
We accept most health plans. However, you may need an authorization or referral before you receive some healthcare services. Be sure to confirm what is required by your insurance company before receiving any services, please call the clinics above to begin the insurance authorization process. You could be responsible for all charges if proper authorization or referrals are not obtained.
If you do not have health insurance, OHSU Registration is available to help you at 503-494-8505. Other agencies may also be able to help you obtain some types of coverage.
