Policies, procedures, and protocols
Below are OHSU policies relating to campus-wide values and goals (Code of Conduct, affirmative action, equal opportunity), prohibited discriminatory behavior (harassment, sexual harassment) and accommodations (based on disability, religion, pregnancy, or other conditions). To make it easier to understand whether a policy or procedure is applicable, some definitions are provided below. Two official procedures are also included describing how formal complaints are investigated and addressed.
