Fee Based Schedule


Do you like group fitness classes and workshops, but wish they offered more one-on-one instruction? 

Then our fee based schedule is for you!  It offers low cost training, in a small group setting.  Upcoming training formats, dates, times, and cost are announced in the enewsletter and the club. Please see our front desk for more information.
