Peter Tran is a MD-PhD student from Long Beach, California, where he attended UCLA for both his B.S. (2021) and M.S. (2024) for Physiological Science. Peter has had diverse experiences working in mechanisms of drug resistance in metastatic melanoma and targeting proteasome pathways in adipose metabolism to combat metabolic syndrome and adiposity.
On his free time, Peter enjoys playing sports recreationally (basketball/tennis/golf), 3D-printing, escape rooms, and anything related to games.
