Aballay Lab
The Aballay Lab studies mechanisms involved in the control of immune responses against microbial pathogens. Dr. Alejandro Aballay is Chair and Professor of Molecular Microbiology and Immunology within the School of Medicine. He is also faculty in the Neuroscience Graduate Program.
Ellison Lab
The Ellison Lab studies environmental and genetic factors of hypertension and other morbid diseases. Dr. David Ellison is a Professor in the department of Medicine, Division of Nephrology & Hypertension and the department of Chemical Physiology & Biochemistry. He is also the Director of the Oregon Clinical and Translational Research Institute.
Wong Lab
The Wong Lab dives into understanding regulatory mechanisms for proliferation of stem cells and investigating novel mechanism for how tumor cells gain diversity. Dr. Melissa (Missy) Wong is an Associate Professor of Cell, Developmental and Cancer Biology within the School of Medicine.
