Biography
Research: Understanding the complex interaction of genetic background, neurobiology, and symptomology is crucial to advancing targeted therapeutic strategies for neurodegenerative diseases. I am interested in decoding how differential gene expression can be used to predict pathological mechanisms of neurodegenerative diseases, including downstream effects on proteome dynamics and morphological changes.
Clinical: Neurodegenerative disease diagnosis and management, with particular attention to the biological mechanisms underlying variability in patient presentation and disease course. By integrating genetic, transcriptomic, proteomic, and morphological data with clinical symptom profiles, I hope to contribute to more precise and individualized therapeutic approaches.
