Hobbies: Hiking/trail racing/backpacking, I’m a lover of paddle boarding at high alpine lakes. This translates into snowshoeing during the winter months! Hot yoga/CossFit/CycleBar, started delving into other forms of fitness after gymnastics left me as an endorphin junkie. I still love playing in the gym and coaching every so often. Fishing, berry picking, and cooking with my husband, although he always shows me up. Labrador lovers, and proud owners of our best friend, Woody. The best bird dog around!

Travel- I have a personal goal of reaching 60 countries traveled by time I am 60 years old.  I have currently traveled to 35.

Hobbies: Digital and Film Photography: everything from portraits to landscape and marketing-based photography. Singing and Piano: started as a child and have continued in choirs, acapella groups, and solo performances. Skiing: grew up minutes from a ski hill, learned young, and quickly became an instructor.

Biking- Events include Reach the Beach Oregon 2022, Cycle for a Cause, Cycle Oregon 2021 and 2022, and Providence Bridge Pedal 2020-2022. NYT Crossword Puzzles- I do use auto check, admittedly. Lion Hunting- with my 2-year-old in the garage. We have a serious infestation.

Hobbies: In my spare time I enjoy hiking, rock climbing, learning guitar, cooking Vietnamese food, and reading. Rock climbing is a great way for me to stay fit and allows me to enjoy the great outdoors at the same time. During lockdown I learned to sing while playing guitar, and although I'm not great at either, it sure is a lot of fun to be able to do both. Though not as tasty as mom's cooking, my Vietnamese cooking is delicious, healthy, and keeps me close to my culture.

I enjoy being outdoors and I've hiked in a number of national parks including Zion, Denali and Wrangell-St Elias in Alaska. I take road trips with friends whenever time allows, going as deep into America as we can. I reluctantly confess to liking true crime and found-footage horror flicks.

Hobbies: I crossed America by foot - twice. I used a pathway called the Pacific Crest Trail, which spans 2,700 miles across CA, OR, & WA. This accomplishment was a symbolic gesture of recovering from a spinal cord injury that left me unable to walk for 6 months at age 17.

I continue to play 1-2x a week and compete in a couple of basketball leagues in Anaheim. Recently, I have also been enjoying Korean dramas and music, so I started learning Korean for fun.

After my first year of medical school, I drove across the country to visit 5 national parks.
