Hobbies: I crossed America by foot - twice. I used a pathway called the Pacific Crest Trail, which spans 2,700 miles across CA, OR, & WA. This accomplishment was a symbolic gesture of recovering from a spinal cord injury that left me unable to walk for 6 months at age 17.

Hobbies: In my spare time I enjoy hiking, rock climbing, learning guitar, cooking Vietnamese food, and reading. Rock climbing is a great way for me to stay fit and allows me to enjoy the great outdoors at the same time. During lockdown I learned to sing while playing guitar, and although I'm not great at either, it sure is a lot of fun to be able to do both. Though not as tasty as mom's cooking, my Vietnamese cooking is delicious, healthy, and keeps me close to my culture.
