Dr. Yifan Xu has been awarded the Foundation for Anesthesia Education and Research (FAER) fellowship grant.  FAER, a related organization of the ASA, is dedicated to developing the next generation of physician-scientists in anesthesiology. This year, FAER received 58 high quality applications for research training grants. Dr. Xu was selected as one of the 5 recipients of this prestigious award.  She will be using this funding to explore the Modulation of Microvascular Blood Flow and Stroke Outcome via GPR39.
