  • Elicit what is meant by a "Culture of Professionalism" in Medicine.
  • Create conversation to determine and further assess a "Culture of Civility and Respect" in medical training.
  • Introduce the concept of Psychological Safety.
  • Improve awareness of resources to address lapses in professional behavior.
