Congratulations to Drs. Ariana Stuart, Mark Muenchrath, Brandon Togioka, and Leila Zuo for their abstract "Investigating Gender Disparities in Case Assignments in an Academic Anesthesiology Department: Implications for Pay and Productivity," accepted for presentation at the International Anesthesia Research Society 2021 Meeting and the Association of University Anesthesiologists 2021 Meeting.

Congratulations to Drs. Danielle Desjardins and Leila Zuo for their abstract, "A patient with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy with severe restrictive lung disease presents for dental extractions - a case report," accepted for presentation at the International Anesthesia Research Society 2021 Meeting and the Association of University Anesthesiologists 2021 Meeting.

Congratulations to Dr. Yifan Xu on winning the Margaret Wood Resident Research Award 2021 - Modulation of microvascular blood flow and stroke outcome via GPR39 in mice. The Association of University Anesthesiologists received over 250 abstracts for consideration for presentation and awards at the 2021 annual meeting. All awardees will present during a Scientific Advisory Board Oral session.

Congratulations to Drs. Tara Dhawan, Amy Miller Juve, and Leila Zuo for their abstract "Using a quantitative survey to evaluate satisfaction and engagement with The Virtual Anesthesia Academy, a multi-institutional collaboration during COVID-19," accepted for presentation at the Society of Education in Anesthesia Spring Meeting, OHSU Symposium on Educational Excellence, and Western Anesthesia Residents Conference.
