The Division of Infectious Diseases is committed to sharing information with trainees, community providers and other learners. We offer:

  • CME and continuing education for health professionals
  • Grand rounds
  • Presentations at local, national and international professional societies
  • An annual conference in Oregon
  • Other events for learners

The goal of our professional development programs is to help participants prevent, accurately diagnose and optimally treat infectious diseases.

You’ll also learn about:

  • New antibiotics and other therapeutic agents
  • Updated practice guidelines
  • Infection prevention strategies, including the latest vaccine recommendations

Grand rounds

The Division of Infectious Diseases participates in the Department of Medicine grand rounds. This CME-eligible series is for health care providers, researchers and students. Grand rounds are open to the public, and all are welcome. 

OHSU School of Medicine designates this live activity for a maximum of 1 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
