Refrigerated Centrifugal Concentrator (Speed Vac)
Does not require user training, only a short introduction at first use.
Our Speed Vac is a Labconco Refrigerated CentriVap Vacuum Concentrator, located in LBRB 572.
Features include
- Rapid concentration of multiple samples, using centrifugal force, vacuum, and controlled temperature.
- Cooling to -4 °C.
- Heating to 100 °C
- Rotors for 1.5 ml Eppendorf tubes and 15 ml conical tubes.
There are no necessary consumables for the Labconco Refrigerated CentriVap Vacuum Concentrator.
Please inform Core Staff before concentrating samples containing solvents other than acetonitrile and water or samples with more than 0.1 % acid.
