Hybridoma Expansion

• Hybridoma clones are thawed and/or expanded from existing vials.
• Cells are cultured in appropriate media and expanded to a specified volume (100 mL to > 1 L).
• Hybridoma expansion in the CELLine-1000 bioreactor is an option for generating high concentration monoclonal antibody supernatant.

Antibody Harvesting

• Antibodies are collected from culture supernatant and clarified.
• Optional Purification: Affinity purification using Protein A/G columns is available upon request.
