All-City Palliative Care Lecture Series

The All-City Palliative Care Lecture Series is a longstanding monthly gathering of leaders in palliative medicine. Each month, on the first Friday, from October through May, speakers lead the lecture and conversation on a topic related to palliative medicine. The goal of the lecture series is to convene healthcare professionals across disciplines and organizations to empower and raise each other's programs. The Center also strives to make this space available to those in the greater Portland area by working with partners to host the talks in different locations. The series is a safe environment for sharing, whether it be ideas, innovations, policies, or challenges, all with the goal of improving care for patients nearing the end-of-life, making sure their wishes are honored, and providing support in any way to patients and their loved ones.
