ACES Study

Older and wanting to get active after cancer?

The Advancing Capacity to Exercise Study (ACES) is an exercise research study for people aged 65+ who have had cancer and who may find moving or daily activities more challenging than they used to be.

What is involved?

Participants complete online movement classes, physical function tests, and health surveys throughout the study.

Who can participate?

Individuals who meet the following criteria may be able to participate:

  • Have had any type of cancer in the past five years
  • Are done with primary treatment
  • Are not getting regular exercise
