Vision

The Winters-Stone Exercise Lab seeks to advance the science of cancer survivorship, implement exercise programming in cancer care, and improve the lives of people with cancer. To make a substantive impact on the field, practice, and lives we must achieve the following goals:

  • Conduct robust and rigorously designed and executed correlative, observational, and longitudinal studies, with a focus on high-impact clinical trials.

  • Communicate these findings within and beyond the greater scientific community.

  • Translate our findings to practice, including both clinical and community settings.
