Kelly Doherty is the Education Manager III for the Division of Management at Oregon Health and Science University. She has over twenty years of experience assisting individuals transform their careers through graduate education, devoting her career to improving access and equity in education. International pursuits have allowed her to step foot in nearly 50 countries in order to teach English in South Korea, visit public agencies in Mexico, collaborate with university students in Vietnam, meet alumni in Saudi Arabia, and lead business students up the Great Wall of China. Kelly also received an International Education Administrator Award to Germany through the Fulbright Commission. She studied international business and marketing at Gonzaga University, obtained her Master of Public Administration degree in global leadership and management from Portland State University, and is finishing up her doctorate in postsecondary educational leadership at Portland State University. 

Kelly’s administrative duties include working closely with the Division Head, Academic Program Director, and Associate Program Director of the Division of Management to lead strategic initiatives that support education and accreditation efforts. In this role, she is also responsible for supporting students, staff, and faculty through recruitment, admissions, and academic program coordination.
