Access online resources
Access our full range of online resources from anywhere:

Statistical software
OHSU-managed devices: download this software through Software Center (Windows) or Self Service (macOS). Learn more in the ITG wiki article.
Software workstation
A reservable workstation (24-hour space, 4th floor BICC) includes:
- Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
- Atlas.ti
- NVivo ((AI features not included)
Note: these are individual licenses. Software cannot be downloaded to personal devices. A personal account is required.
Print, copy and scan
- Printers: BICC 3rd and 4th floors, Graduate Learning Resource Center in RLSB (inside and outside doors).
- OHSU members receive 100 free prints per quarter, then $0.10 per page (color or B/W).
- Wireless printing from your device is also available.
Printing for visitors
- $0.10 per page (B/W only) from guest computers (3rd floor, BICC).
- Check with your local public library—many offer free printing.
- For documents with personal health information, ask your provider to print them.
Copy and scan
- Copy and scan on copy machine in the BICC Library on the 3rd floor (OHSU Copy Center internal billing account required; OHSU employees only).
- Need an article from a print journal? Submit a Get It For Me request.

Computers and accessories
OHSU members can access:
- Computers in the BICC and the Graduate Learning Resource Center at the RLSB
- Stations to connect your laptop to an external monitor
- Charging stations with adapters
- Headphones (BICC; no checkout required)
- Chargers, adapters, and cables (check out from BICC Service Desk)
Visitors may access our online resources and databases on guest computers (BICC 3rd floor, Mon. - Fri., 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.).
