What's a virtual video visit?

Virtual visits offer a safe, convenient way to connect with an OHSU provider. You can meet with your provider through a video chat and some clinics offer telephone visits without video.  Virtual visits are covered by most insurance plans.  See our FAQ to learn more.

Already have a visit scheduled?

Video visits use MyChart, OHSU’s secure online patient portal. Here’s what to do next:

  1. Log into MyChart 15 minutes before your appointment.
  2. Click “Check in” to read and accept forms.
  3. Click “Join” — your provider will join you shortly.

See detailed instructions on our virtual video visit prep page.
