2023 Annual Space Survey
The 2023 Space Survey officially begins Monday, March 20!
All survey setup communications will be via email from Carley Engleson (engleson@ohsu.edu), CPRE’s Space Survey Coordinator, to all OHSU employees currently assigned to a department survey with assigned space in OASIS. Your prompt attention and response is appreciated!
All Department Space Surveyors will have a survey end date of Wednesday, May 31
This will provide additional time for Carley to review all submissions by Surveyors, receive feedback from the Hospital and University Space Committees and/or Space Change Advisory Committee if needed, and make necessary updates to floor plans and space assignments before end of fiscal year.

Live training sessions via Compass
Navigate to the Compass site and search “Space Survey Training” to sign-up!
These will be one hour and 15 minute long training sessions led by Carley via WebEx. They will be available for all Space Surveyors and will include an overview of the Space Console, a step-by-step demo of the survey process, explanation of resources and documentation, and a chance to ask any questions. Surveyors will only need to attend a single training session.
