The CrestOptics X-Light V3 is a spinning disk confocal microscope mounted on a Nikon Ti2 inverted stand, equipped with an environmental chamber to facilitate live cell imaging. The motorized stage accommodates a variety of sample vessels, including standard slides, dishes, and multiwell plate formats. The system features seven excitation laser lines and can detect up to five fluorophores per experiment, including NearIR, in confocal or widefield mode.
