Badging requirement and Integrity Foundations
A completed Integrity Foundations certificate is required, in addition to the HIPAA and Respect at the University course certificates, in order to receive an OHSU badge. All employees, students, volunteers and others new to OHSU will be required to take Integrity Foundations, followed by the annual booster requirement.
The Patient Confidentiality Form is part of the Integrity Booster and Integrity Foundations. This electronic version reduces paperwork, lowers operational costs and makes the requirements for new employees and students more efficient.

The Integrity Booster 2015 has made its debut in March. Recent incidents have highlighted the need for more frequent education and training not only around data protection, but also on fraud, conflict of interest, safety, Title IX and the Campus SaVE act. The Integrity Booster provides a brief overview of these items plus important updates and changes in policy. The course is required by all employees, students and volunteers and fulfills several OHSU and various regulatory requirements.
