The OHSU Trauma Program is thrilled to present the 37th Annual Northwest States Trauma Conference
This year's conference will be held at the beautiful Salishan Coastal Lodge, just off the Pacific Coastal Scenic Byway in Gleneden Beach, Oregon.
As always, we strive to provide high-quality, cutting-edge education in pre-hospital emergency and trauma care. Join us to hear the most current and topical information presented by nationally renowned faculty in the fields of adult and pediatric trauma, critical care, emergency medicine, and pre-hospital care. Topics will include trauma care during the pre-hospital, resuscitative, operative, critical care, and recovery phases. The program content is targeted towards physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and allied health professionals who care for injured adult and pediatric patients.

Cancellation / Refund Policy:
The conference registration fee is refundable minus a $200 processing fee if a written cancellation notice is received by April 30, 2026. Written notice of cancellation after April 1st is $250 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after May 1st, but access will be available to asynchronous conference content and recordings.

Exhibitor Opportunity
Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) Trauma Program is thrilled to present the 37th Annual Northwest States Trauma Conference, May 20-22nd at the Salishan Coastal Lodge in Gleneden Beach, Oregon. We would like to invite you to display your product(s) at the conference.
This is a CME-accredited event attended by over 250 physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, paramedics, and other healthcare providers from rural areas: levels II & III, as well as Critical Access Hospitals throughout the Pacific Northwest, West Coast, Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada.
The conference will be held in the Long House Ballroom of the Salishan Coastal Lodge. Exhibitors will be in Section C, offering just over 1,500 sq. feet.
Exhibit Fee is $3,000.00 and includes:
- 6ft table and two chairs/vendors
- Access to power and wireless internet
- Opportunity to interact face-to-face with conference attendees
- Exhibitors are invited to participate in all food and beverage events, including breakfast, lunch, and refreshment breaks

Watch the 2025 Northwest States Trauma Conference
The Northwest States Trauma Conference was recorded live April 23- 25th at the Spirit Mountain Casino in Grand Ronde, Oregon, and offers a wide variety of clinical topics to enhance nursing knowledge and clinical practice in the adult and pediatric critical care, emergency medicine, and acute care units.
Our distinguished national guest speakers are Ms. Sharnae Phagan, MSN, RN, Trauma Program Manager at UChicago Medicine, and Drs. Matthew Landman, M.D., M.P.H., Pediatric and Thoracic Surgeon, Associate Professor of Surgery and Trauma Medical Director at Riley Hospital for Children at Indiana University Health, and Justin Regner, M.D. Trauma Medical Director at OHSU.

12.5 NCPD Contact Hours
Attendees must watch the entire conference and submit an evaluation of the presentation to earn 12.5 NCPD contact hours. Participants who successfully complete the requirements will receive a Certificate of Successful Completion.
OHSU is approved as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the Oregon Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
