CME certificates for individual activities are e-mailed four to six weeks after an activity has ended. CME certificates for grand rounds are e-mailed quarterly, four to six weeks after the last day of the previous quarter.

View and download a transcript

You can view and download a transcript of your OHSU CME activities by logging into to your existing CME Tracker profile. You must sign in to your existing account to see your transcript, do not create a new profile.
