Exhibitor Eligibility for OHSU CPD Conferences

Eligible exhibitors include:

• Healthcare organizations, clinical service providers, and professional medical associations
• Educational and training organizations (e.g., medical publishers, simulation or learning platforms)
• Health-related technology companies (EHRs, decision-support tools, care-coordination technologies)
• Nonprofit or public-benefit organizations supporting patient care or community health

ACCME-defined ineligible companies (e.g., pharmaceutical and device manufacturers) may participate only as exhibitors, and all promotional activity must remain outside CME spaces.

• Exhibit activities must remain physically and educationally separate from accredited sessions.
• Representatives may not sell products.
• Exhibitors may not influence planning, content, speakers, or educational methods.
