The Oregon Geriatrics Society (OGS) is a medical specialty society that focuses on education for health care professionals specializing in the care of older adults, and long-term care.

Target audience

Geriatricians, physicians, nurse practitioners, and other health care professionals who work with older adults in various care settings.

Sign up early to win free registration!

Register early for OGS Membership, Conference, and Lodging and be entered into a drawing for OGS to cover your registration fee for the 2023 Annual Conference.

Two winners will be selected from those who complete all three criteria (in any order) by August 15, 2023:

  1. Pay Membership Dues online at www.oregongeriatricssociety.org
  2. Register for Conference 
  3. Reserve Lodging at Sunriver Resort by calling 1-800-547-3922 and requesting the OGS room block
  • Two names will be drawn.
  • Must attend entire Conference.
  • Registration fee refunded after October 15th.
  • Membership dues are for 2023 year, visit OGS website to become a member:  www.oregongeriatricssociety.org.  Dues are not prorated.
  • Open to existing paid members and new members, for 2023 year.
  • Lodging must be through Sunriver Resort in the OGS room block.

*You must be a paid member of the Oregon Geriatrics Society in order to take advantage of the member conference rate. Any non-members utilizing the member rate will be invoiced for membership dues.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations received by September 21, 2023 will be refunded, minus the $35 administrative fee; requests made after this date will not be refunded.
Cancellations requests should be emailed to cme@ohsu.edu.

Should conditions warrant, the sponsors reserve the right to cancel this program with a full tuition refund.

Accommodations at Sunriver Resort

Sunriver Resort offers OGS Annual Conference  attendees  special rates with a specific room block.  Please call 1-800-547-3922 to make your lodging  reservations and be sure to mention Oregon Geriatrics Society. The room block will be released on August 30, 2023 and is subject to sell-out prior to that date. If reserving a home or condo through Sunriver Resort, please do so no later than August 5th.
