Cancellation policy

Cancellations received by September 21, 2023 will be refunded, minus the $35 administrative fee; requests made after this date will not be refunded.
Cancellations requests should be emailed to cme@ohsu.edu.

Should conditions warrant, the sponsors reserve the right to cancel this program with a full tuition refund.

Accommodations at Sunriver Resort

Sunriver Resort offers OGS Annual Conference  attendees  special rates with a specific room block.  Please call 1-800-547-3922 to make your lodging  reservations and be sure to mention Oregon Geriatrics Society. The room block will be released on August 30, 2023 and is subject to sell-out prior to that date. If reserving a home or condo through Sunriver Resort, please do so no later than August 5th.
