2024 When Things Go Wrong in the Outdoors

Timberline lodge with Mount Hood in the background

Conference description

The Pacific Northwest has no shortage of natural wonders, but sometimes the great outdoors may not be so great. Whether it’s minor injuries like sprains and strains or natural hazards like extreme altitude, heat or cold, being prepared can make a difference. By attending this conference participants will increase their knowledge of key aspects of wilderness medicine, plus be able to advise patients (and friends) heading to the outdoors.

Conference date

August 15-16, 2024

Conference location

Timberline Lodge - Government Camp, Oregon

Target audience

All health care providers, including physicians, physician assistants, nurses, and nurse practitioners.
