What is HERO Kids Registry

HERO Kids Registry is a statewide system for EMS agencies and hospital emergency department providers to access critical health information for patients aged 0-26. Nearly every county has registrants with more enrollment monthly.

How can you help?

• Provide HERO Kids materials to families and young adults
• Encourage families to complete HERO Kids as part of their emergency preparedness plan
• Help families and young adults complete their HERO Kids registration  
• Add HERO Kids link to newsletters, websites, or other communications
• Contact HERO Kids about scheduling a short information session
• Invite HERO Kids to community outreach events
