Join us to learn tools that can bring some ease in the midst of uncertainty. The Mindfulness Breath by Breath Long Covid program is a series of five 1 hour classes designed to help with specific struggles that can arise with long covid. During the 5 classes, you will learn breath and mindfulness practices that may help the system with fatigue, breath dis-regulation and the anxiety and frustration that can result from the unpredictability of long covid. 

All classes are offered virtually and there are both options for one-on-one and group preferences.
