Join us to learn tools that can bring some ease in the midst of uncertainty. The Mindfulness Breath by Breath Long Covid program is a series of six 1 hour classes designed to help with specific struggles that can arise with long covid. During the four classes, you will learn breath and mindfulness practices that may help the system with fatigue, breath disregulation and the anxiety and frustration that can result from the unpredictability of long covid. 

All classes are offered virtually and there are both options for one-on-one and group preferences.
