About Us

The Pacific Northwest HHT Center of Excellence at the OHSU Dotter Interventional Institute is a multidisciplinary Center devoted to the evaluation and treatment of patients with Hereditary Hemorrhagic Telangiectasia (HHT).

The OHSU Dotter Interventional Institute Pacific Northwest HHT Center of Excellence includes providers who are among the most experienced in evaluating and treating patients with HHT and is one of a group of specialized centers that have been established with the support of Cure HHT.

HHT patients in the Pacific Northwest and other regions of the Western United States can enjoy immediate access to a comprehensive HHT care center. The Center of Excellence has special interest and expertise in the evaluation and management of epistaxis, pulmonary arteriovenous malformations (PAVMs), brain vascular malformations, liver vascular malformations and iron deficiency anemia.

For some aspects of HHT patient evaluation and management, the Center may be able to offer Virtual Visits which the Center hopes will make it easier for HHT patients to access HHT care.
