This conference is designed for primary care and cancer care providers as well as gastroenterologists and surgeons in clinical practice. OHSU and guest faculty will provide an overview of the latest screening criteria, early detection and diagnosis technologies, and treatment options for this devastating disease, along with how current research is translating into clinical care.

At the conclusion of the activity, participants will be able to:

  • Identify appropriate at-risk patients for pancreatic cancer screening and surveillance
  • Understand how neoadjuvant systemic therapy can increase surgery success rates
  • Identify patients who will benefit from radiation therapy
  • Recognize the effects of cachexia on patient resilience
  • Explain palliative care management of the symptomatic patient
  • Apply the results of recent clinical trials into recommending optimal cancer therapies for their patients, and locate available trials in progress in which their patients might participate

Registration fee: $175.00 for non-OHSU medical professionals; Registration fee waived for OHSU Providers, Trainees, and Employees.

Register online: Early registration is encouraged as enrollment will be limited. Breakfast, lunch, and closing reception refreshments provided.

A service fee of $20.00 will be deducted from refunds for cancelled registrations. The last day for cancellations is September 17, 2025. There will be no refunds issued after that date.
