Welcome to the Proteomics Shared Resource
We provide LC-MS/MS analysis including Protein Identification, Purity Determination, Quantitative Proteomics and Post Translational Modification analysis. We provide services for on-campus collaborators and external clients. We are able to analyze a wide variety of samples from purified proteins, cells and cell lysates, immunoprecipitation to whole tissue and biological fluids. We welcome questions and advice about proteomics experiments.
