MCIS Data Collection Guidance

Each program has a unique data entry workflow that minimizes administrative burden. Please consult with your program leadership and email mobilecrisisinfo@ohsu.edu to determine the best workflow for your team.

Data will be collected in REDCap until the state develops and launches the new Resilience Outcomes Analysis and Data Submission (ROADS) system, which is replacing the Measures and Outcomes Tracking System (MOTS). Once ROADS is live (estimated Q4 2023) and programs are successfully submitting data to the new system, the DAETA Team will work with OHA and individual CMHPs to phase out REDCap data collection.
