TriMet buses #9, #12, # 35, #40 and #44 have stops near by and Max Orange line.

There is on-site free parking under the building that can be accessed from either Arthur Ave or 1^st Avenue.  You will take a ticket to get into the garage and bring it to Partnership Project to validate it.  Cabs and ride services can drop you off at pull-in spots off of Arthur Avenue.
