Specimen Requirements:
3 mL blood in a LAVENDER top (EDTA) tube. Room temperature samples are good for up to 24 hours.
Results from a concurrent CBC with Differential must be received, or it will be added and charged to viable specimens.
Pediatric Specimen Requirements:
1 mL blood in a 3 mL LAVENDER top (EDTA) tube. Room temperature samples are good for up to 24 hours.
Results from a concurrent CBC with Differential must be received, or it will be added and charged to viable specimens.
