3 mL blood in LAVENDER top (EDTA) tube. 

Specimen Stability: 24 hours at room temperature. 

Results from a current CBC with Differential must be received, or it will be added and charged to viable specimen. 

Pediatric Specimen Requirements:

1 mL blood in LAVENDER top (EDTA) tube.

Specimen Stability: 24 hours at room temperature.
