Off-network access to O2 requires Citrix Remote Access or VPN connection

To access O2 externally, you must use either Citrix Remote Access or a VPN connection. Follow these steps for connecting to O2 pages.

Citrix Remote Access (personally owned and OHSU-managed devices)

  1. Navigate to portal.ohsu.edu
  2. Log in with your OHSU user name and password.
  3. Complete the login process using Duo Mobile two-factor authentication.
  4. Open the Citrix O2 app.

Note: If you experience problems launching the Citrix O2 app, install the Citrix Workspace software from https://www.citrix.com/products/receiver.html

VPN connection (OHSU-managed computers)

All OHSU-managed computers have VPN software pre-installed.

  1. Open the Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client app.
  2. Enter vpn.ohsu.edu as the destination.
  3. Select Connect.
  4. Complete the login process using Duo Mobile two-factor authentication.
  5. With a web browser, navigate to o2.ohsu.edu
