A World Without

Tuberculosis remains the world's leading cause of death from a single infectious disease—yet the tools to eliminate it have never been stronger. In this film, Dr. David Lewinsohn reflects on his decades of research, collaboration, and conviction that a world without TB is possible. Shot with intimate attention to how stories are constructed, the film insists that rigorous care in the making process—in how we listen, how we look, how we honor the people we document—is inseparable from the story itself. A short essay on possibility, commitment, and what it means to work toward something you believe in.
