Outreach clinics

Clinical Transplant Services at Oregon Health & Science University has established several kidney transplant outreach clinics in Oregon, Washington, and Idaho for the convenience of kidney transplant patients. Instead of our patients continuing the long road trips to Portland for their post-transplant care, our physicians and nurses travel to those areas that are underserved in transplantation. We are currently holding kidney post-transplant clinics in Bend, Eugene, and Medford, Oregon as well as Boise, Idaho and Walla Walla, Washington.

Our outreach team also provides community physicians and patients with the education they need to make informed decisions about kidney transplantation. In addition, the outreach team provides a connection with our transplant program. During outreach visits the team provides kidney pre-transplant family education classes as well as hosting medical education meetings with local referring physicians.

For more information about our kidney transplant outreach clinics, please email. To schedule an appointment at one of our clinics, please call 503-494-8500.
