This annual conference brings together health care providers, nutritionists, public health professionals and community-based organizations working to improve nutrition and reduce chronic disease rates.

The theme this year is “Fueling Future Generations.”

The Moore Institute has been working on two initiatives, the development of a documentary, The 100 year effect and Future Generations Day. Both are inspired by the research of Developmental Origins of Health and Disease (DOHaD) and the fight against rising rates of chronic disease. We will premiere a clip from the documentary during Oregon Nutrition Day.

Speakers this year will represent educational institutions, local nonprofits and policy makers working to improve the nutrition of this generation and the next. We hope you will join us for Oregon Nutrition Day 2026!
