  • We will end the day with a happy hour from 5:30-7 p.m.
  • If you are presenting a poster, please arrive in time to put your poster up.

Presentations

Presentations should be no longer than 15 minutes with a 5 minute Q&A to follow. A strict adherence to this will be followed.

All slides should be submitted as PowerPoint files. You can upload these to our MMI Presentations Box folder by Monday, November 5, to allow time for troubleshooting from the presentation computer. There will be folders here named for each presenter.

Any video or audio clips should be uploaded or embedded with the presentation. You may want to set these clips to play automatically or on slide advance (for use with remote).

Please contact Darin Halkides with technical questions or to test your presentation ahead of time, on the Mac that will be used at the retreat.

Posters

Maximum poster size is 4'x4’. Posters should be hung in The Orchid Ballroom the morning of Saturday, November 10th before 8:45am at the Oregon Garden Resort. Easels will be available. You are expected to present your poster during the entire poster session.
