Routine: 3 hours after receipt in Flow Lab.

Test Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm; Saturday and Sunday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Specimen Requirements:

3 mL blood in a LAVENDER top (EDTA) tube. DO NOT REFRIGERATE. Room temperature samples are good for up to 24 hours.
Results from a concurrent WBC Count must be received, or it will be added and charged to viable specimens.

Pediatric Specimen Requirements:

1 mL blood in a 3 mL LAVENDER top (EDTA) tube. DO NOT REFRIGERATE. Room temperature samples are good for up to 24 hours.

Comments:

Should only be used in patients on OKT3 therapy. Includes OKT3 cell panel results.
