Please join us for the 26th Annual Blood-Brain Barrier Consortium Meeting, organized in collaboration with the International Brain-Barriers Society (IBBS): “Cultivating the Next Generation of Translational Scientists”

2020 Meeting Highlights:

  • Travel Scholarship Awards for selected graduate students, medical students, and junior researchers
  • Informal discussions about emerging preclinical research and multi-center clinical research protocols

2020 Annual BBB Meeting Registration

Discounted Registration (IBBS Member) $175
Student Registration (undergraduate, medical student, post-doc, or resident) $100
Guest Speaker Registration (you will be notified if you may use this option) $0

Registration deadline: March 2, 2020

The registration fee includes all group meals during the meeting at the Hilton Portland Downtown. Please indicate on the online registration form which meals you will be attending so that we may have accurate meal counts.

Room Reservations

A block of guest rooms has been reserved at the Hilton Portland Downtown for meeting speakers and attendees. Please phone Hilton at 1-800-HILTONS to make your room reservations. Be sure to mention that you are with the OHSU Blood-Brain Barrier Meeting and mention the group code BBB to obtain our special guest room rate ($179/night). Or you may book your room online by visiting the Hilton Portland Downtown website, clicking on “add special rate codes” and entering Group Code BBB.

** Please make your guest room reservations as soon as possible, as the number of guest rooms in our block is limited, and the discounted rate will only be offered until February 22, 2020.

Air

The Hilton Portland Downtown is located in downtown Portland, Oregon, approximately 13 miles west of Portland International Airport (PDX). PDX serves numerous airlines including United, American, and Alaska.

Ground Transportation

TriMet/MAX

TriMet provides bus and rail (MAX) public transit services in the Portland area. Use TriMet's Trip Planner.

The Hilton Portland Downtown is one block south of the Pioneer Square South MAX Station (Eastbound), which is serviced by the MAX Red and Blue lines. The MAX Red line also services the airport.
