Fall Risk Screening Event

Take surveys to learn about your individual fall risks, perform strength and
balance tests, receive educational materials including a checklist to make
your home safer and information about medication safety. There will be
an opportunity to enroll in a study about fall risk and talk to experts about
how you can protect yourself from falls.
